I ordered the Cheltenham 4 seater with fire pit, last September and had an issue with a couple of essential screws missing. I contacted their customer service and was astonished to receive the items next morning literally 18 hours after contacting them. Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Great item at a great price. Highly recommended.
