“The garden suite we ordered was of excellent quality. We have been using this item for 4 years now and it’s still in great condition with no faults at all. The fire pit is my favourite and has not deteriorated in condition or performance over the years, still works like it did when new. You will not be disappointed with build and easy maintenance and upkeep of the furniture. I would buy from rattan hut in the future if needed without hesitation.”
“When they eventually arrived I was happy they look gorgeous and they are really well made however the egg chair was just rust all over. I contacted the support team who ignored most of the emails but I was finally emailed on the 9th December 2024 to say my new egg chair would be delivered in a few days. I have now been waiting 8 months for this chair. I did receive an email in February 2025 saying that they would notify me when it’s being delivered but I’m still waiting for the chair. No one replies to emails, the customer service is appalling and as much as I love the furniture and the quality I wouldn’t t recommend this company based on their lack of customer service, and their broken promises. Still NO egg chair!! As of May 2026 I still haven’t received my egg chair which was due to be shipped at the beginning of March 2025”

“While at the beginning I was happy with Rattan Hut that is not the case now. They take orders and payments they are not equipped to meet . It's a recurring theme where you have to chase them up and after a few emails they will get back to you saying that stock is low and they're awaiting a delivery.
The website is not easy to navigate if you want accessories, I've have twice had to email them when I've needed replacements and they've had to send me a link . Their furniture is of good quality but the customer service is lacking.”
“Very pleased with our purchase of outdoor furniture and fire pit. The blue colour was as shown in the photos. We are using the furniture in an enclosed sunroom so can not comment on its ability to stand up to wind and rain. The fire pit is excellent and throws out a lot of heat. We did have to wait a while for delivery but we knew this when ordering. The company kept us up to date on projected delivery time and were very helpful when we called with questions. Overall we are very satisfied customers.”
