The only downside wasn’t with the item but with Rattan Hut customer service, it was non existent once the deposit was paid with absolutely no confirmation of a firm delivery date, emails were ignored, telephone calls were ignored. It was pretty worrying at the time. Thankfully previous clients on social media reassured me as they had the same problem. If Rattan Hut can resolve these issues they are definitely onto a winner.”
“Generally a great experince. I ordered the Cheltenham aluminium 8 seater set with fire pit table, which came with a free set of covers and an egg chair. The quality of the seating frame and cushions is excellent. The free covers are really good quality. The fire pit is a bit of a gimmicky thing but that's just my opinion. I think a matching coffee table would have been a better option. It's a self assembly set and it took me one morning to put it all together. Have an electric screwdriver with alan key attchment to hand to make your life easier. I had it up and in the garden just in time for the first sunny weekend and have used it virtually everyday since! Only feedback is there was a little confusion around arrangements for paying the balance and organising delivery that could have been clearer. Also the plastic clips that hold the seats together only work in one direction so the chairs slide out of alignment. Bit of product development needed on that. However, overall I would recommend.”
