“I ordered furniture and 2 side tables in February 2025. The furniture arrived within the specified timescale, however the 2 tables didn't arrive until July!!!.
The furniture set is very good quality and would highly recommended but the customer service is shocking.”

“Daniel asked us to write a review on here as well as our one on Trust Pilot. On the back of his email, I replied informing him the waterproofing of all our cushions (cheltenham 8 seater sofa), has gone and did he have any advice on how to fix this eg using a recommended waterproofer. No reply. Yet more emails requesting this review. So I would the sofa has been great for the first year. The waterproofing has done, despite it being covered with the rattan hut provided covers. The sofa is comfortable but the seats can make you sweat in high heat so we put thin Egyptian towels on them which helps.
The communication from rattan hut is poor and self serving. And the wait times are long. That said they did come up with the goods and everything was as it should be and they threw in the sofa covers as an apology for the extended delivery times of 6 additional weeks. I’d say if you can find a similar sofa for a similar price and reviews re communication are better I’d go elsewhere. Had anyone bothered to get back to me I might have been kinder but the lack of communication / reply AGAIN made me want to share an honest review of where the company could significantly improve.”

“Had our Garden furniture from Rattan Hut for a couple years now, we love it and it's lasting well, we ordered a second set of covers as first set got weather beaten. Both original order and second order took a little while to arrive which made us a bit apprehensive, but arrive that did and were very happy 😊”
