I loved my experience with Ritani. Sylvia was excellent, punctual with responses, and helped we when I had questions. Pricing was up front, I didn't feel like anything was being hidden from me and I value that in a company. I am more than happy with the custom engagement ring and I am sure my girlfriend will be too!
