It was my first experience with Ritani and unfortunately it was not a very pleasant one. I ordered an ear ring with lab grown diamonds displayed on the Ritani website. But later i got to know that these diamonds are not available anymore. Then I had to choose other diamonds. After that I still had to wait for 2 weeks to get my order shipped because the diamonds from the vendor were not received in time.
