The experience is not very good.
In fact, the diamond is really nice.
But Firstly, maybe I am not live in US, I have to contact the staff in midnight cuz we are in different time zone. Sometimes I have to wait an hour to get the reply. And usually I have to said the same thing again for another staff if I talk to the staff another day. It seems there haven’t proper records.
Second, the staff usually ignore my request. For example, I requested the staff do not ship the diamond to me first cuz I want to look at the diamond. There is an opportunity that I would not want the diamond after the inspection by the staff. But they still send the diamond to me directly.
