This is the second time our family has purchased from Ritani and the service has been excellent. The site is easy to use but what I appreciated the most was the follow up email to ensure due diligence. Silvia R was so helpful when 1 of the 2 diamonds couldn’t be obtained quickly. She proposed options but in the end I got my original order. She was so professional and courteous. Ritani’s staff go the extra mile!
