My last conversation could have been much better than what it was. My husband and I have spent $20,000 on a wedding ring and eternity band and would like look at a different setting for the ring. The ring and eternity band are of much higher quality than the setting. I would like to upgrade the setting. I was told it is after the 30 days and she would have to see and email me. Of course I would pay for higher quality diamond for the setting. Instead of stating policy, it would have been nice to be more caring and understanding.
