I absolutely adore my diamond studs! The website was super easy to navigate and the filters allowed me to easily narrow down the diamond selection to what I was looking for! I wasn’t thrilled with the initial suggested paired diamond, but Sylvia worked with me via chat to choose a different diamond that matched perfectly. Unfortunately, after the purchase we discovered that my paired diamond was no longer available. Again, customer service was wonderful and we found an almost identical diamond to swap it with (and Ritani price matched with the original diamond). I loved that I was able to view magnified images and 360 views of the diamonds, so I knew exactly what I was getting (and they are GIA certified too!). If they don’t have an image available, they can normally get one quickly if you request it (something I’d always recommend doing when shopping for diamonds). The earrings were ready to ship within two weeks of ordering even with the last minute diamond swap! I got a custom pair of quality studs at an incredible price and could not be a happier customer.
