Incredibly easy, I did a ton of research before hand so I didn’t require much help however they were extremely attentive for the questions I did have. The initial diamond I wanted wasn’t available, however they were able to find one similar for only a little bit more, they also applied a discount to try and get it close to the original quote. Something to be aware of they duly disclose it but the stone you choose might not be available at your time of purchase, try to choose a couple options. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. I’ll have no idea what she thinks for another couple months. But I like it!
