delay after delay. I had my order in a month ago and I am still waiting to pick it up. Customer support told me saying they will coordinate about pick up for my merchandise via email and I have waited for a week and have yet to receive any single email about the pick up.
I have NOT yet receive my merchandise after placing my order 1 month ago with no pick up appointment.
