I would definitely give Ritani 5 stars! First of all my diamond is stunning! It’s better than I imagined it would be. I was a little nervous about buying a diamond online, especially because I couldn’t see it in person, but I chatted with Yovanim several times during my shopping journey, my questions were always answered. I was very impressed when I was told I would get a text by 6pm informing me that my diamond will be sent the following day (which they did). I started to get very nervous, so Yovanim also sent me pictures of my lab grown diamond and a video before it was shipped out that night, which as soon as I saw the video, I was very excited and felt much better about purchasing from this company, but I was also shocked to find out they didn’t even charge my debit until I signed for the shipment! That alone speaks volumes. Not to mention my diamond is absolutely stunning!!!! I would definitely recommend Ritani to anyone thinking about purchasing from this company.
