Let’s start by saying that on April 4 I purchased an engagement ring a V halo with a cushion diamond carat 1.33. I made the payment through a bank wire right away and then I emailed Ritani care to see if they could make an engraving and also wanted hypoallergenic treatment. No one ever responded to my email. 10 days passed and I didn’t know what was going on. I finally was able (I’m in Italy) to chat with a manager online who apologized still didn’t explain why I had been ignored. They offered a 10% refund (which is usually the discount you find on Ritani’s diamonds anyway, but it wasn’t available when I purchased my ring). Finally I received the ring on April 15. And again it was disappointment. From the package that was loose inside the box, the poor quality of the ring holder (hard paper very easy to get dust on) and finally the ring. It looks minuscule. The ring itself I’m not complaining about the stone. The engraving is literally invisible even with a magnifying lens. The ring is as thin as a thread of cotton (did not look like that on Ritani’s website images) and in general it looks less attractive than you would expect for more than 5 grand.
