I've ordered different items and shoes online before, it was either too big - too small - the color was off. I was highly skeptical at first to look for my most prized online purchase ever and I scoured the different sites to find the best, Ritani stood out from the rest. The education of choosing a diamond was quite gratifying to me and the icing on the cake after all my research was a girlfriend that became my fiance and a 1.88 amazing carat that she cant seem to stop talking about. There were some hiccups, with my purchase I must admit.... But the customer service was amazing for that I give this company a 5 star rating.
