Had to call to return a diamond and purchase a new one with more specific measurement requirements requested by my Jewler as I am building a custom engagement ring for my wife and using multiple vendors. A lady named Sylvia helped me through the process and even helped me pick between the two diamonds. The experience was hassle free and amazing.
