The representative Ryan K made my experience end up phenomenal. The diamond I selected originally ended up not being available and she was in communication with me for over two weeks until I was able to get the perfect diamond for our anniversary. It showed up EXACTLY on time and is beautiful. Exceptional service on her end to say the least.
