The Ritani team were super friendly & helpful in ordering my emerald cut diamond! We did experience some delays & miscommunication on the diamond being in stock and shipping out later than expected. This was frustrating BUT the communication & friendliness of Ritani staff was very positive. The diamond EXCEEDED my hopes and is now sparkling brightly on my finger in my engagement ring!
