This experience was amazing. I love my new emerald cut diamond solitaire. It arrived in a timely fashion exactly as custom designed. Customer service and your system was very proactive in communication. I was not in a rush, but I received the ring in approximately 3 weeks which included design time and manufacturing. I will definitely be using Ritani again in the future.
