Hello, I placed an order later than I should have and it said it would arrive after Christmas which was my fault. Then 1 day later it said it would be arriving the 21st or 22nd. It didn't come on the 21st and it said it was still in New York. Oh well I thought but gave your customer service a call to see if it might get here before or I had to go out and buy another Christmas present. Nicole W answered and assured me that it was being packaged up and would be sent out that night she thought. Nicole offered to give me an email update when it was shipped. I got an email a few hours later from her with the subject line "Only good news! Order update for #11332". Really a nice gal and she is an asset to your company, probably should give her a raise. To sum it all up, a big "Thank You" to everyone at Ritani, by the way the earrings look great. Happy Holidays to everyone at Ritani.
