The ease of buying was great. All of the buying tools helped guide me to the right stone and band. When I made the purchase I was given a delivery date that worked for what I was planning. A day or two later I was given another delivery date that still worked with my plans. Then nothing and the ring showed up 5 days later and caused me to propose without the ring.
