I had worked with Brilliant Earth prior to working with Ritani- I even ordered a ring from Brilliant Earth, but returned it. The customer experience, shipping, and communication at Brilliant Earth was sub par. Ritani blew me away with how easy it was to order a ring and they were so great at providing resources to help understand the characteristics of the diamond I was purchasing. The customer service was top notch. And the shipping- it was faster than Brilliant Earths! 10/10 recommend.
