I really highly recommend Ritani, despite numerous problems (created by me) throughout this entire journey, customer service was always there to answer my questions and clear up any concerns I had. 10/10 for all the people working at Ritani because it’s not easy dealing with stressed customers who don’t always connect all the dots. The diamond itself is beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy. All the exchange processes and returns etc. went very smoothly.
