The customer service and personal assistance was excellent. I have purchased 3 diamonds and one engagement ring from Ritani. Their diamond display technology is not the best compared to James Allen’s for example, however, they have a vast inventory of quality diamonds and their pricing is significantly more competitive. I had an issue with the ring I purchased. Their customer service was excellent in resolving the issue as well as their assistance in choosing a diamond.
