I had a little problem with my chain being knotted and after some discussion with costumer service, they had me send the chain back, which they supplied the mailing label for w/2 day shipping and fixed the problem.
The necklace is pretty and what I expected. I would order from them again, especially knowing now that they will stand behind their product.
