Purchased a ring that was “in stock”. Said complete ring and diamond would be delivered to me in less than 10 days. That was the sole reason I bought from Ritani. Only after I email and ask they say the diamond is in India, then it delayed. When I call I get multiple different answers and guarantees. I switch to a smaller “in stock” diamond and I’m promised delivery two days later. Call back again after there’s no tracking and was told that’s wrong but she’ll try to make it happen. She did and I appreciate that aspect of the experience. Ring shows up missing a whole side stone. It’s not in the box so was obviously shipped that way. Take it to a local jeweler as at this point I’ve been waiting almost two weeks past the original delivery date. Jeweler finds multiple loose or broken side prongs. At this point I pay him to repair my “brand new” ring. All I get from Ritani is a “you can return it”. I won’t be sending it back to them for warranty and won’t be making another purchase through them again
