Expired Food Items and Bad Customer Service. I used them for the first time as they sell French products. It took near two weeks for them to take action and send the order. Part of my order were food items. They had sent me expired items that tasted horrible. I contacted them via the website and by email, to include photo attachments showing that the items had expired by at least one year. They replied asking the same questions again: order no and photos, which we sent for the 3rd time but they didn't bother to reply or to take action. Never again.
