The website and ordering service was easy. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed which was frustrating as we have a builder ready to install it for us. The summerhouse itself feels rather cheaply made which is a shame as it certainly wasn't cheap to buy. Our builder completed it within 4 hours or so and then we painted it and it looks nice. Overally I'd say we're fairly happy with it.
