Love the arbour I bought from Shire. Really good service and quality. The Finial was missing and I didn't realise until a month after delivery. I messaged Shire asking for another one and offered to pay (my error, I should have checked earlier). Shire sent me another one free of charge. Communication was fantastic and my garden has been transformed. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend them with no hesitation. Thank you, Shire!
