Bought a Tefal appliance as a "10 year repairable product" but Tefal won't sell me the spares I need to fix it. Absolutely appalling customer service as they ended up just ignoring my emails.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with - make no attempt to help resolve problem and don't seem to care. Emails to their UK CEO - Mr W Yates - were also totally ignored, which gives some insight into where their priorities lie and they certainly don't include the customer.
