Sent back a frying pan under the " 10 year warranty" as the non stick was coming off and the pan base had distorted.
Tefal refused to replace it stating that it had been overheated and not washed properly.
Non of this is true. Its a pan that you heat up for gods sake. Washed in warm soapy water after it had cooled.
10 year warranty is worthless. Just a sales patter.
DON'T BUY. They won't honour anything.
I wouldn't leave any stars at all but minimum is one.
