I was very disappointed with the way the flowers were delivered, and also with their quality. Considering that they were a gift, they arrived in a deplorable condition at the recipient, with broken and unbloomed flowers, extremely few compared to the presentation photo on the website. Just a question, how do I fix the surprise for my friend?
