Ordered my daughter flowers for her 17th Birthday with plenty of time, I received an email after lunch on the day of the email to say they can't fulfill the order as all florists near by are fully booked.
Call a florist within a few miles and they can fulfill the order, just a shocking service that they can't be bothered to deal with.
