When the bouquet was delivered it had holes in the box and looked like it had been thrown around. When it was unpacked it looked a bit shaken but the arrangement looked beautiful. I followed the instructions to unpack the flowers and trim the stems. The silver foliage, I think it's Cineraria started breaking off as I unpacked it and without support from the packaging immediately wilted. One of the Roses was broken and a few of the lisianthus heads too. It was impossible to recreate the arrangement once removed from the packaging. To be honest the bouquet was extremely disappointing and not worth the money
