My mum of 79 never received her orchid for her birthday even though they sent an email saying it had been deliveredš¢ feeling pretty sad as I live in NZ and havenāt seen my mum in over 5 years as she couldnāt visit a couple of years ago due to covid, so wanted to send a special gift! I have sent an email hereās hoping they can sort out what happened.
