Not happy, I placed an order for delivery next day, the following morning the florist who had been given the order rang me to say they didn't have a vehicle that day so couldn't deliver so would deliver the following day, I said no good so she said she would cancel the order. I emailed 'theflowershop' to confirm the florist had cancelled and I needed a refund and I re-ordered elsewhere. I received no reply to my email and without telling me 'theflowershops' moved my order to another florist and still delivered so I sent two bunches of flowers. I will never use this company again.
