I had ordered some flowers for my wife as a surprise while abroad. She is very specific with the type of flowers she likes.
Upon receipt of the flowers, they were far from what I ordered. She likes pastel flowers and had received an autumn bouquet.
I had paid for Delux and what we received was not Delux.
This was extremely embarrassing.
