Homelike is the symbol of what is going wrong with online booking platforms. The customer service is as robotic as it can be (S/O Alberto), under the banner of their T&Cs (that they treat like if it was the First Testament) they are willing to do everything but to understand the person in front of them.
You should change your approach and try to be more customer centric, because without your users you are nothing.
