HOMELIKE IS FACILITATING SCAMS! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM COMPANY! I rented an apartment through Homelike in Frankfurt. After returning the apartment in a better condition than it was given to us we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned from the landlord (SBC Office). The landlord is not responding, and home like is just sending the landlord a reminder to reach out to me (tenant). Nothing else, just a reminder. I have been following up with homelike for weeks. They said they have escalated it to a higher level but all they do is send emails. After weeks and weeks over and back today (May 7th) they just told me to get legal advice and they can’t get a hold of the landlord. The landlord still owes me €1000 and Homelike are still advertising this landlord on their website. So they have no binding agreement with the landlord that even if he doesn't respond to them they just tell the tenant to get legal advice? Unbelievable, I used your service to avoid this.
