I agree they are facilitating dishonest Landlords. I rented a flat in Hampstead London on their platform (Jan 2024). First month fine but when I tried to extend the UK property company (Airlet) said dates weren't available so could I rebook directly and ask for refund. Unfortunately Homelike sent the refund to the UK Company Airlet and he is refusing to forward the refund and he has also refused to repay my deposit his words were "sue me" and "good luck with that". Im owed just short of £4000. Customer service was great but now they don't reply to emails or call. Any one else had dealings with Airlet?
