I needed accommodation for London and currently this is tricky in bigger cities, especially for temporary stays where everything has to be included. I found great options on Homelike, offering also colivings which are much better priced as a whole apartment. It was easy to compare my preferred options and proceed to sending a request, and the booking team supported me with my additional questions regarding policies and apartment content. Once booked, the landlord contacted me and I was able to communicate regarding the checkin with him. I read some of the reviews and "scam" is a very unfair word to use. the platform explains the process well and supports during the booking, also answering my questions AFTER I booked. I also had no issues with the landlord who charged my deposit and explained how and when I would get it returned, and stuck to that.
