Beware of deceptive corporate practices as well as unresponsive customer service agents. Boarder line Entrapment!
Tried calling all day every hour and no response. Only response was via emails and even though I provided screenshots of their own policy they will not refund my payment.
Their process is: Apply > Approved > Paid > Booked > Finished
There refund policy for my application was: Booked date (90 euro penalty), 30 days before move-in (1st month rent) then Move-in date (termination policy).
They take payment then provide the contract to sign. There were inconsistencies with the contract and thus it has not been signed. I applied for the cancellation the same day.
