I had some cards delivered fine and they did give me a credit as I did not realize the credits don’t roll over (how crazy is THAT!). The other issues I’ve had had NOTHING to do with the post office:
Once they did not send me confirmation email that a card had been mailed and I wasted my time contacting them to find “yeah, it was sent”, and seemed unconcerned I hadn’t gotten my confirmation. Now another card was sent out two weeks after I ordered it! They said I set it to be sent at a later date (with no proof at all). My order clearly states the date it should have been received by Nov 22. While it also shows it was not put in the mail until 28th! I also have the order confirmation email stating it would be “popped in the mail in 3-6 days” from Nov 14th.
To top off the reply I got from customer service just blamed it on me, with no proof, double check or concern.
Now I’m trying to get my money back for that card and the credits I’ve purchased. Wish me luck! Who the heck wants to take a chance a card order is going to be messed up by this company.
