“I was shocked to see £39.59 go out of my account this week. It was not clear that I had signed up for a subscription. Haven't used this service for years. Almost £40 which should have gone on groceries/electricity bill! Not happy”
“I've been a TouchNote customer for a while now and I love it! My dad had dementia and really enjoyed having mail in his mailbox. Receiving a personalized postcard thrilled him! Now my sister has Alzheimer's and I send her postcards. The postcards are a fun way to stay connected with loved ones. Thank you for this gift!”

“The 35 Christmas cards we sent were not received by Christmas due to a printing error. Touchnote solution was for me to call all recipients to find out if they received their card. That would be seven states and 35 people. I told them to look up the definition of Customer Service. Stupid is that stupid does.”

“I paid good money and bought lots of credits when Touchnote launched years ago. They were great then. Now the site and products are generic, there's zero customer service and with new ownership they changed their policy and funnel you into buying minimum credits with an expiry date. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. These people are thieves for your days and money.”

“I would avoid using this website at all costs. They force you to buy 5 credits which then expire in one year if you have not used them. This really feels like they have stolen your money. I have been using them for years and they did not always do this. I will certainly choose to use alternative companies in the future.”
“I canceled my membership with Touchnote on the website over a year ago, but it turns out I did not cancel! When I saw the charge on my credit card this year, I tried to cancel again and wrote to the company. The representative wrote back and said I had not yet canceled! So BEWARE. This company is making it very very hard to cancel.”
“I keep cancelling my account and every year they charge me again. I go to customer service and then they can't find my account so I have to send in a bunch of info to " prove " what I'm talking about. Things seem to get rectified and then I get charged all over again. I just changed my CC this year and they keep emailing me to update it. Why are they asking me to update my CC when I cancelled their services a few years ago? It's extortion and a huge time suck for me to try and rectify. I would never recommend this company.”
“I was a long time user paying for credits when I needed them. Faultless service. But this year I was signed up to an annual plan I did not agree to and now any credits I had previously purchased have expired. Absolute sharks. No idea what has happened to the company but best avoid.”
“I've been using TouchNote for the past eight years. The quality of the card is excellent! I normally send approximately 45 cards at Christmas, and I've received a copy of the card sent. This year I've had numerous problems with the company. They discontinued personalization of cards within an order, and I have not received a copy of the card sent. I'm now questioning myself if other cards were not sent.
The response from their service department is poor! The company appears to place profit over customer. I'm looking at an alternative next year?”

Delivery is what caused me to write this review because my personalized cards to friends, colleagues, and clients were sent to the WRONG people!

Love the cards, but MY CARDS OFTEN ARE NOT DELIVERED! When touchnote offers to resend the card it is still never delivered.
I asked to terminate my subscription and refund the prorated amount left in account and they would not do so (read the policy when you sign).
They need a way to track their product.”

I would. Worse card service ever. Half of the cards do not arrive. Yet they will insult you with emails saying this rarely happens. A lie! Their customer service is a joke. They say they will respond with 24 hrs. It takes them over 72 hrs to respond if your are lucky and they never give an accurate or resolve your problem. Save your money. Find a more reputable company. I smell class action lawsuit with this company. A complete fraud.”
