I canceled my membership with Touchnote on the website over a year ago, but it turns out I did not cancel! When I saw the charge on my credit card this year, I tried to cancel again and wrote to the company. The representative wrote back and said I had not yet canceled! So BEWARE. This company is making it very very hard to cancel.

I keep cancelling my account and every year they charge me again. I go to customer service and then they can't find my account so I have to send in a bunch of info to " prove " what I'm talking about. Things seem to get rectified and then I get charged all over again. I just changed my CC this year and they keep emailing me to update it. Why are they asking me to update my CC when I cancelled their services a few years ago? It's extortion and a huge time suck for me to try and rectify. I would never recommend this company.

I was a long time user paying for credits when I needed them. Faultless service. But this year I was signed up to an annual plan I did not agree to and now any credits I had previously purchased have expired. Absolute sharks. No idea what has happened to the company but best avoid.

I've been using TouchNote for the past eight years. The quality of the card is excellent! I normally send approximately 45 cards at Christmas, and I've received a copy of the card sent. This year I've had numerous problems with the company. They discontinued personalization of cards within an order, and I have not received a copy of the card sent. I'm now questioning myself if other cards were not sent. The response from their service department is poor! The company appears to place profit over customer. I'm looking at an alternative next year?

Customer service does not respond and the pricing is horrendous with the price increases + automatic renewal. Delivery is what caused me to write this review because my personalized cards to friends, colleagues, and clients were sent to the WRONG people! They won’t honor refunds/returns even when they screw up.

Don’t count on the card being delivered! Love the cards, but MY CARDS OFTEN ARE NOT DELIVERED! When touchnote offers to resend the card it is still never delivered. I asked to terminate my subscription and refund the prorated amount left in account and they would not do so (read the policy when you sign). They need a way to track their product.

If I could give a zero I would. Worse card service ever. Half of the cards do not arrive. Yet they will insult you with emails saying this rarely happens. A lie! Their customer service is a joke. They say they will respond with 24 hrs. It takes them over 72 hrs to respond if your are lucky and they never give an accurate or resolve your problem. Save your money. Find a more reputable company. I smell class action lawsuit with this company. A complete fraud.

I placed a order got no confirmation & emailed them and they have not gotten back…. It was a sentimental card that i put thought into this is upsetting ! Where is my order !

One was sent to me and I tossed it because the envelope looks like junk mail. No return address or info of who might have sent it. It says UNITED STATES as the address which made me suspicious. and some strange looking "stamp" in the upper right hand corner. Suggest doing something to the envelope so I know it's not junk.

I asked for a thank you note for furniture...to a chat called DAVID ..the part of the form ask for my name the sender ..they put my name ..so I just got a thankbyou to my self ..moronic company's, I would not youse them again

Almost all of my cards are never delivered, and whilst they are resent for free they still never arrive. I have opened multiple tickets with no refunds for services not received offered, and I have been forced to go legally through a resolution ombudsman for retrieving funds given over for service that has not been received. Customer service is non existent, and they do not want to offer refunds for their abysmal service that doesn’t deliver the cards themselves. Overall, pretty poor, and I’ve been told the yearly membership is non refundable, so my advice is don’t waste your time or money! Go elsewhere and use other methods, TouchNote is a shambles who steal customer money.

If you don't use credits within 12 months they steal them. Like, just zero out your account. Who does that nowadays? I deleted the app; these guys are thieves.

Not impressed that it's really hard to unsubscribe from this company, and they auto charge your account annually. HATE companies that operate like this. When I did finally close my account, I lost all my credits.

Don't subscribe unless you KNOW that you will use all of your cards. Be VERY sure! If you don't use them, at renewal time you'll have to choose between paying for another year just so you can keep the credits you already PAID FOR, or cut your losses by canceling your membership and losing all the credits that you PAID FOR!!! My advice: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!

So frustrating. I sent several notes and loved the site. added money to my account and have tried repeatedly to get cards out of the draft position. Site doesn't move. They took my money but now I can't send anything. They basically told me to clear my cache on Chrome which I did. Still nothing. Can't get a live body or much of a response from customer service so I would avoid this service.

Touchnote has just deducted an unauthorized £46 from my bank account. I don't have an account with them so I did not know this was going to happen. What can I do to retrieve my money?
