DO NOT USE.....
Cancellation of membership is nearly impossible. You cannot use the mobile app to cancel, you must use a desktop. If you use your appleid to log in on the app, you will need to log in using this, your email address will not work even if it is the same email. At every opportunity, they try to trick you into keeping the membership. They are advertising on TV during the pandemic, taking advantage of people missing there family. To then charge them £47.99 as they cannot cancel the membership.
