Like others here I took up the free trial offer, planning to use it for a month at most then cancel. I was taken aback to find I had been charged 24.99 for a bronze package little more than two weeks later. A very expensive postcard!
The way this firm makes it easy to sign up via an app then refuses to let you cancel via the same app is appalling practice. Avoid at all costs!
