You can cancel, but there are no refunds. They’re little short of crooks! Unscrupulous and with atrocious customer service. You can’t cancel via the app. You HAVE TO use a lap top to be able to do this. Needless to say, I shall NEVER use this company ever again. I’ve ended up paying nearly £25 each for 2 supposedly free postcards. I’ve also mailed all friends to earn them of TouchNote’s shady practices. How can the way they operate be legal?
