We booked a package with Voyage Privé for my grandparents – both in their 70s, don’t speak the local language, and not in great health. It was a birthday present from the whole family. One of the main reasons we chose this package was because it included airport transfers. When they arrived in Greece on April 28, no one was there to meet them. They had to pay €80 out of pocket for a taxi. I contacted the “emergency” WhatsApp line immediately. They replied twice in the first two days, then stopped responding completely. I followed up every day after that and got nothing. Their return flight was today (May 2). We never received any update or confirmation about a return transfer. I had to organise and pay for another transfer myself. While there, my grandparents met another couple in the exact same situation – same company, same missing transfers. I’ve attached screenshots to this review to show the full conversation. They’re in Italian, but you can clearly see the message timeline and lack of responses (I only received the automated reply). If something goes wrong with your trip, this company will not help you. They won’t follow up, and they won’t take responsibility. I honestly don’t know what their emergency support is for, because they disappeared when it was actually needed.
