I am very unhappy about the service I am getting from you our company. I booked a very special holiday for Christmas in the Maldives for two weeks , as my son is going through heart surgery and all being well we want to spend some quality time together.
I noted it had basic seats but it said I could upgrade these. Currently we have no hold luggage which I am sure you understand is unacceptable for a two week Long distance holiday. Your team told me via email and phone call to contact virigin , virgin said no the agent has to do it , I went back to your team and was again told they can not help.
Someone somewhere must be able to help me .
