I have worked in Customer Services for over 25 years and honestly the service I received for my Winkl mattress and then the upgrade to the Lux matttress was amazing. Genevieve was so easy to deal with and she answered all my questions promptly. The upgrade of my mattress was the easiest ever, all completed within a couple of days from pickup and drop off of the new mattress. Couldn't fault whatsoever
